Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment price before any future appointments can be made. 

Nail Damages Policy
Any damages within 48 hours will be fixed free of charge.
Nail damages after 48 hours will be charged per damaged nail. 
Damages after 2 weeks cannot be fixed and a new set will be offered at the normal cost.
